Thursday February 23:
Breakfast:
Fried egg w/Kraft FF cheese slice
Mid Morning Snack:
15 peanuts
Lunch:
Lettuce Salad W/Cottage Cheese, Hard boiled egg, Low Carb Dressing
Mid Afternoon Snack:
celery w/ FF Kraft cheese
Supper:
Fried egg (2) with LF bologna and FF Kraft cheese
Dessert:
spoonful of peanut butter
Day one was alot easier than I though it would be. I think it helped stocking the house with foods I could eat and posting an acceptable food list on the fridge door!  We also had a basketball game that night, so I wasn't thinking about eating all night!!
Friday February 24:
Breakfast:
Fried egg w/Kraft FF cheese slice 2 slices bacon
Mid Morning Snack:
15 peanuts
Lunch:
Chicken breast w/mustard, FF cheese, cottage cheese
Mid Afternoon Snack:
Supper:
